Models and prototypes

Most products destined for commercial production need to go through the prototyping process in order to discover design problems, refine manufacturing strategies, and test for marketability. Nugent Patterns can provide working models or appearance models for those purposes. We can assist with design, do reverse engineering, and help define a manufacturing process. Prototypes can be made from castings, machined materials, and welded materials. We can also use 3D printed models if the application allows.
